Sean Collins

Lead Consultant

Sean Collins is a global executive leader with more than two decades of experience driving transformation across supply chain, logistics, procurement, cross-border eCommerce, and international operations. Recognized for building organizations from the ground up and leading large-scale global networks, Sean has guided multinational logistics strategies across North America, Asia, and Europe while delivering measurable cost savings, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. He is known for his collaborative, empowering leadership style and his ability to design high-performing teams, optimize complex networks, and steer companies through rapid growth, restructuring, and IPO preparedness.

Most recently, Sean served as Vice President of Enterprise Procurement & Cross-Border eCommerce Product Development at UniUni, where he led the creation of UniUni’s cross-border division and built its Enterprise Procurement function from inception. In this role, he shaped bi-directional U.S.–Canada and Canada–U.S. eCommerce logistics products, authored the full suite of procurement governance frameworks, and delivered multimillion-dollar cost optimizations during a period of hypergrowth and corporate transformation. Prior to UniUni, Sean held senior leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, where he oversaw North American cross-border operations, global trade, and a multimillion-dollar logistics sourcing portfolio, delivering year-over-year savings, building multi-carrier global networks, and materially strengthening operational resilience.

Earlier in his career, Sean founded and led SC Logistics Solutions, a consultancy focused on logistics optimization and trade compliance and spent more than 15 years at JDS Uniphase (JDSU) in global supply chain leadership roles. At JDSU, he managed an extended organization of more than 150 people, oversaw worldwide logistics and compliance, and spent approximately 25% of his time in Asia driving operational transformation across China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Taiwan. He relocated to China for more than a year to establish new manufacturing capabilities, transition operations, and lead multimillion-dollar asset transfers, earning multiple recognitions for global leadership excellence.

Sean began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he held progressive leadership roles in distribution, field service supply chain, and operations management. He holds a Master of Science in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford Business School.
