Rick Boron is an accomplished supply chain technology and solutions leader with 27 years of experience delivering enterprise shipping, fulfillment, and supply chain execution solutions. He brings a rare combination of operational understanding, technical depth, and client-facing consulting experience, helping organizations translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Most recently, Rick served as Senior Staff Solutions Architect at WiseTech Global following its acquisition of e2open. His career spans a continuous 27-year tenure across Kewill, BluJay Solutions, e2open, and WiseTech Global, where he held progressively senior roles in business consulting and solution architecture. Throughout his career, Rick has led enterprise software implementations and upgrades from initial discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Rick has extensive experience working with global retailers and other large enterprise customers to optimize parcel shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, and transportation workflows. He has led requirements workshops, developed functional and technical specifications, managed user acceptance testing, and coordinated closely with product and engineering teams to resolve critical issues. He also served for more than nine years as the lead business analyst supporting Lowe’s parcel shipping platform.

His technical expertise includes multi-carrier shipping systems, transportation and warehouse management systems, SaaS deployments, systems integration, API testing, SQL-based data analysis, and cloud environments. Rick is particularly effective at bridging the gap between business and technology—turning operational needs into clear system requirements, identifying gaps in existing capabilities, and guiding cross-functional teams toward successful implementation.
