Geoffrey Skinner is a transportation technology and supply chain strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience designing, deploying, and optimizing complex logistics solutions. His career spans leadership and consulting roles with Optimal Dynamics, Pitney Bowes, Newgistics, and UPS, where he has worked across solution engineering, transportation strategy, network optimization, customer implementations, and supply chain engineering.
Turning transportation complexity into business value is a particular area of focus for Geoffrey. He combines operational experience, analytical problem solving, and emerging technology to help organizations identify opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and optimize transportation networks. His experience ranges from developing delivery strategies and network models to implementing AI-native optimization solutions and leading cross-functional teams through complex client and product challenges. He’s supported parcel and shipping operations, warehousing operations, and SaaS implementations.
Previously, at Pitney Bowes, Geoffrey supported a sales organization generating more than $100M in annual new-client revenue by developing transportation strategies that generated significant client savings and enhanced transit times. His work included a China-US injection model that generated more than $100M in delivery revenue, USPS strategies that reduced client costs by up to 12%, and network initiatives generating more than $1M in savings.
Geoffrey holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. His postgraduate research, funded by the Semiconductor Research Corporation, was published at the 2001 Winter Simulation Conference.
