Lead Consultant

Diane Quick is a seasoned global Human Resources executive with deep expertise in supporting Technology, E-Commerce, and Software organizations, as well as core corporate functions including Innovation, IT, Finance, Shared Services, and HR.

Most recently, Diane served as Vice President of Global HR for Business Groups and Corporate Functions at Pitney Bowes. In this role, she was instrumental in integrating acquisitions, shaping talent strategies, and aligning HR initiatives with fast-changing business needs. Earlier, as part of the senior leadership team for the Digital Commerce Solutions business, Diane helped drive record revenue growth by championing a new go-to-market sales strategy and launching innovative HR programs that supported scale and transformation.

Throughout her career, Diane has built a reputation for forging strong partnerships with business leaders, translating strategic priorities into actionable HR plans. She has led the HR workstream across multiple technology acquisitions—from due diligence to post-merger integration—with a focus on unlocking talent potential to accelerate performance.

Diane also served as HR Lead for the company’s Strategic Transformation Office, a multi-year effort to improve organizational effectiveness and unlock capacity for growth. She led the People Transition and Change Management workstreams, contributing to $350M in infrastructure savings and a 10% workforce realignment. Her earlier leadership of a $150M enterprise initiative modernized back-office operations and introduced new systems to over 7,500 employees, with Diane overseeing change management, communication strategy, and training execution.

Diane is a passionate developer of talent. She has coached executives on leadership and team dynamics, counseled employees on career growth, and mentored early-career professionals and students. Her thoughtful, candid feedback style has made her a trusted coach and advisor at all levels.

Diane began her career at Pitney Bowes, rising through a variety of HR leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

She has served on the board of Stepping Stones Museum, a leading educational center for children, and remains a champion for lifelong learning. Outside of work, Diane is a dedicated foodie who enjoys exploring new cuisines, cooking at home, and perfecting handmade pasta and bread—often with her daughter, who now runs a food blog inspired by Diane’s passion.
