Brad Hammell is a results-oriented executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning product management, finance, and advanced technology innovation. Most recently serving as Vice President of Global Logistics Platform at Pitney Bowes, Brad led cross-functional teams across logistics, warehouse operations, and finance, delivering transformative solutions that drove operational efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences.

At the intersection of business strategy and emerging technologies, Brad has a proven track record of architecting scalable platforms that fuel growth. His leadership helped expand e-commerce revenue from $350M to over $1.3B by modernizing core systems. Brad’s deep expertise in logistics, finance, and payments is matched by a strong foundation in computer science and mathematics, which he has applied to drive digital transformation through data analytics, predictive modeling, and process automation.

Brad played a pivotal role in leading complex financial integrations following strategic acquisitions. He enabled the seamless retirement of legacy ERPs, consolidated operational workflows, and delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings through process redesign and system consolidation. Brad holds an MBA from NYU Stern, an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Honours Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. In addition, he has completed executive coursework from MIT Sloan School of Management and AI and Machine Learning programs from Stanford, MIT, and Google.
