Most recently at Bose, Amit led cross-functional programs spanning Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, and Procurement to improve logistics visibility, exception management, and performance governance across a multi-site manufacturing-to-DC network. He is known for bridging operations and systems—bringing structure to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and delivering practical tools and routines that drive adoption and accountability.

Previously at Pitney Bowes, Amit delivered analytics-driven operational control across a high-scale parcel network. He led teams building Snowflake- and Tableau-based models and self-serve reporting used across the organization, supporting a 4X business growth during his tenure. He also built low-latency operational visibility and alerting tied to transportation signals, helping reduce end-to-end lead time by ~25% and enabling faster exception response and performance recovery. 

Earlier in his career, Amit built a strong consulting foundation in network design and optimization—building network models, running scenario analyses, developing business cases, and delivering executive-ready readouts. He led client work at Fortna using tools such as Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru and Blue Yonder Supply Chain Strategist, and at Tompkins International he supported footprint and facility design and material-handling analyses. This network strategy capability is positioned as an add-on module to his core control-tower and KPI standardization focus—supporting footprint, flow-path, and capacity decisions when clients need a strategy layer that translates cleanly into execution.
